Steve Jobs: The End of a Legacy

August 24th marked the end of the Steve Jobs era. Apple's iconic leader announced that he was stepping down as CEO, effective immediately. During Jobs' years at the helm, he revolutionized the computing, mobile, and digital distribution industries. Some of his most significant contributions to the tech world include Mac OS, iTunes, the iPod, and the iPhone. He will undoubtedly go down as one of history's greatest innovators.

His departure from Apple shocked the blogosphere, instantly becoming the hottest trend on Google and Yahoo Buzz. Chitika Insights wanted to see how much of an impact Jobs' resignation made on search traffic.

Insights observed search volume for Steve Jobs from August 24rd to the 25th. After 9:00 pm on the 24th, traffic volume for Steve Jobs spiked by nearly 2000%!

By the morning of the 25th, searches declined. Queries for "Steve Jobs sick" and "Apple's new CEO" became more frequent, meaning people started focusing on factors surrounding his resignation, rather than the resignation itself.

In contrast, when Insights investigated the search traffic of the Apple's stock, they didn't see anything close to the seismic spike like with Steve Jobs' traffic.

People seem far more interested in Apple's leader than they are with the company itself. Many wondered whether Apple's shares would take a hit after Jobs left. While there was a slight drop, Apple stock wasn't affected all that much.

Although the "Podfather" has relinquished his duties as Apple's head, chances are he will remain heavily involved with the company. You can safely assume that he'll have a hand in quite a few products in Apple's pipeline. He remains confident that Apple will continue to be a market leader, saying "I believe Apple's brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it."

Sports Stud: Rati Tsiteladze

Lately I've been focussing quite a bit on soccer and rugby players a lot (can you blame me?) so I thought I'd try a less typical sport to see what I could find.

That said, this week I decided to feature a world and European champion fighter from Georgia (the country) named Rati Tsiteladze. He's gained the titles of best fight of Region (Georgia) in 2005, International Champion from 2007 – 2010 in kickboxing, International Champion in 2008 in the free weight category "Sanda," and National Champion from 2006-2008 for the free weight category "All Karate," to name a few. You know, no big deal.

Given his athletic accomplishments, he's built himself quite the killer body. Beefy and ripped from head to toe and amazingly flexible. Rati is 23 years old and turns 24 years old this November. Check out some of his incredibly hot photos below.

These are all things we would normally associate with female fashion but as men become more fashion conscious it seems they are taking more noted from the girls books and stealing our style favourites. Crop tops and meggings might seem a bit odd right now but after six months of them on the catwalks we are sure these things will be as common as the quilted jacket by 2012.

Men's hoody is one trend that never seems to go out of fashion; it may evolve slightly over the seasons but still always appears as a staple item in almost every guy's wardrobe.

Revamp Your Wardrobe for Coming Summer

Men's fashion is not as prone to change as women's, so basically you may have everything you need to look the part for the summer 2011 season. Suits are still inclined to the classic cuts and the tailored look is back, with jackets accentuating the shoulders, and the waist is highlighted, as male models on catwalks chose to button the one button closest to the waist, whether or not it looked stretched and ruched the fabric as they walked.

Buy a light sleeveless knitwear jumper which can be worn with or without a shirt, and forget the tank tops that only come to your waist. Man Fashion: 5 Simple Ways to Choose the Right T-Shirts

It's mens fashion T-shirt time again, but before you dash out and buy any of mens fashion T-shits, consider what to look for in choosing them. They are very versatile and durable if you choose wisely, and it is better to pay a little more so that the T-shirts you buy will last the whole season at least.

1. First of all, check that the color suits you, or if you are buying for a man, then think about the colors that suit him rather than the ones you like. If he has auburn hair, he might not look good in a flame red T-shirt, for example. 
2. You should also consider the color from the point of view of its color fast properties. Do a small test by wetting a finger and rubbing it on the T-shirt. If the color comes off onto your finger, it will lose its color rapidly and will always have to be washed separately by hand. If it accidentally gets into the washing machine then you will have a minor disaster on your hands. You could not test this if you buy from online store, but you can rely on reputable brands such as Henleys and others.
3. Buy colors that reflect the heat rather than those which absorb it, so white is a good choice and pastel shades, beige or pistachio green, not black or dark blue. You don't want to be any hotter than is necessary. 
4. Check the stitching to see how firm it is. If it looks flimsy, then you will have a repair job to do after wearing and washing the T-shirt a couple of times. 
5. Last and most importantly, is to try it on and raise your arms above your head.

If the T-shirt rides up and leaves a vast expanse of flesh between it and the belt- line, then you need a bigger size. If you have swathes of material bunched around your waist, when you do this, then clearly it's too big, unless you want a really baggy mens fashion T-shirt.

Of course there are always rugby shirts and tank-tops for men, although the former is usually made from thicker cotton than the T-shirt, and the tank-top doesn't suit everyone, and it doesn't protect the vulnerable skin at the top of your arms and shoulders. What to Watch Out for Men Casual Wear in this summer

Converse debuts new version of the Chuck Taylor All Star Leather Jacket sneaker with Schott leather.
