David Vance, as you probably all know, is of Italian origin. An heritage that has always played an important role in his life. Growing up, David was surrounded by everything Italy has to offer. Art, sculpture, music, literature… you name it. It was all part of David's education. And so it is no surprise, that when David choose photography as a career path, those early influences became a source of inspiration for him.
David Vance's work characterizes itself by a simplicity that is everything but simple. 30 Years of experience have resulted in an impressive portfolio of not only a large variety of commercial clients and print publications, but also a fantastic gallery of artistic portraits. His photography is peaceful and haunting at the same time. Peaceful because it really draws your eye and you can't stop looking at it. Haunting because once you have seen one, you what to see more. Of course, this is also due to David's excellent choice of models. Plus David has the ability to portray his subject is so many different ways: casual and playful, sensual and erotic. But always with that unmistakable signature style that makes his men all look like Roman gods.
He definitely looks like the American Boy, but his background is very mixed. Or maybe that is what makes him the American Boy. John Scioli has a mainly Italian and Polish decent, but there is also a certain amount of Irish blood running through his veins. 20 Years ago John was born in Buffalo, New York, where he lived most part of his life. But recently he moved with a friend to Fort Meyers where he has found the perfect way of living. He is a full time student, working on his BS in Marketing, but with his recent move he transferred to an online program, which gives him a lot more flexibility. And thus, John can find some time next to his studies to devote to the other things in life that have his interest.
Hockey, baseball, football, tennis. John likes to play a good match and meet some new people along the way. Meeting people is also something you can do in the more popular places such as Fort Lauderdale and Miami, so don't be surprised if you encounter John there every now and then. Being 20 years old comes with the usual curiosity in life. For John this means, experiencing life and learning from others. Traveling is a thing he aspires to do whenever time allows. And now there is also modeling. John Scioli is still relatively new in this business and has mainly worked with David Vance. Not at all a bad place to start if you ask us, and most definitely a good base to continue from.
